We can convert your existing paper-based documents to digital formats. This can be simple scan documents, or run through optical character recognition (OCR) to enable full-text searching and copy and paste. As well as providing you the files on your choice of media (such as USB stick or optical disk), we can also maintain a copy for you in secure offline storage, or as an online accessible archive, optionally indexed to your specifications. We can also add any existing electronic files you already have to such an archive kept on your behalf.
